職責描述：
--Support plant relocation project
--Technical assessment of full automation feasibility for new investment on green field
--Implement full automatic concept to minimize the manpower
--Layout and working flow optimization for full automation
--Improve converting machine reliability, efficiency and trouble shooting
--Benchmark world class converting plant performance, quality and efficiency

任職要求：
--10 years automation experience in discrete industry, especially paper mill converting section
--5 years plant engineering experience for layout
--Sufficient skill and knowledge of converting plant daily operation and optimization
--Rich knowledge of new automation product development industry 4.0 implementation
