職責描述：
簽證：
負責區域夏令營和留學簽證事宜
-耐心指導、協助客戶收集、整理相關材料并幫助辦理證件，能與客戶建立良好的合作關系
-填寫簽證表格并準備其他的送簽資料， 完成資料填寫、 翻譯 、整理、審核
-負責的主要簽證區域有英、美、澳、瑞士和申根國家等國家業務
-及時了解各使館簽證動態，獲取簽證最新準確信息
辦公室財務&人事：
-根據公司政策核對分公司日常報銷及支付事項
-制作現金月報并準時提交總部
-負責年檢事宜（稅務局、工商局等），分公司營業執照的申請及更新
-收集當地最新政策（稅收、財務等相關），避免法律風險。填寫稅務、財務相關文件
-負責每月員工社保公積金的變動及支付事宜
-社保年檢
-辦理新員工入職流程
其他行政工作：
機票及酒店預訂
辦公室物品采購
協助留學部門翻譯文件

任職要求：
大專及以上學歷；
2.一年以上簽證或者財務相關經驗；
3.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
4.做事有條理；
5.能夠仔細獨立工作
6.23-40歲
