崗位職責：
1．定期與學員交流
· 通過電話、郵件或者微信，給新學員做入門指導，協助學生安裝上課平臺；
· 每月定期搜集學生下月排課訴求；
· 與學生交談，了解學生對課程的滿意和接受程度，針對學生的學習方法、學習進度和學習內容進行個性化的跟進服務；
· 負責監管學生上課，如遇學生或者老師由于網絡問題等原因導致無法準時上課，應及時協調與處理；
· 及時在教務系統上更新學生檔案，包括學生的相關信息和材料；
2. 定期跟外籍教師溝通
· 了解學員的學習情況；
· 根據外教和學員的時間協安排課程；
· 督促外教完成每周課堂報告和教學計劃；如遇外教未及時完成反饋，及時與外教溝通并督促完成；
3． 定期回訪學生家長
· 向家長和學生反饋學員學習情況；
· 每月月底給家長發下月課表；
· 及時翻譯外教為學生做的學習反饋和教學計劃，通過郵件和微信群發給家長和學生；
· 提前溝通了解家長的增減課要求，并及時通知相關排課人員和外教老師；
· 了解家長對課程的意見和建議，及時反饋，并與外教交流改善教學質量；
4． 負責內部的協調工作和跨部門的溝通工作
· 與留學顧問溝通或反饋學生情況，以及配合留學顧問改進或者調整學習進度；
· 面臨學員、家長和外教老師的任何變動情況的時候，及時通知部門相關人員，如遇無法解決的問題，及時向上級匯報；
· 及時了解學生的課程進度，配合留學顧問一起幫助完成續費；
· 向家長介紹轉介紹政策，促進轉介紹業績。
任職要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，有留學經驗者優先；
2.英文聽說讀寫優秀，在工作中可用英文精準溝通，語法錯誤少；
3.形象氣質佳，請提供個人照片；
4.較強的解決問題能力，能從多個維度有邏輯的提供解決方案；
5.優秀的人際溝通技巧；
6.為高端客戶提供高品質的專業服務；
7.做事細心，認真踏實；
8.能夠隨時查收并及時回復家長或者學生信息
