? Market Assessment: Market and industry research, market sizing (Total Addressable Market),
trends analysis, location assessment
? Competitor Assessment: Competitor landscape assessment, competitor market performance
and strategies, products and offerings analysis, SWOT analysis
? Strategy Development and Business Planning: Current state and gap analysis, future state
strategy development, value proposition creation
? Financial Modelling: P&L Forecasting, EBIDTA analysis, gross margin impact analysis,
developing cost models, revenue models
? Benchmarking: Benchmarking for key metrics
Skills Preferred:
The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge /success in
supporting large multinational teams through the design and implementation of changes to
strategy and operations. The following skills are most essential:
? Strategic, analytical and creative thinking, structured problem solving approach, and taking
individual initiative
? Ability to derive meaningful insights for the client from industry and market trends
? Ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members
? Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
? Skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
? Experience in working with database such as Capital IQ, Avention, Factiva, World Bank etc.
? Basic understanding of Project Management techniques and tools
