主要工作Main missions:

1、負責涂裝車間工藝規劃并進行可行性分析
Responsible for painting process planning and feasibility analysis
2、負責涂裝質量評審和管理
Responsible for paint quality review and management for new installed or changed processes
3、負責涂裝工裝設備設計、安裝、調試、驗收等相關工作；
Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, acceptance and other related work of painting equipment.
4、指導工藝工程師完成新產品涂裝工藝方案規劃與實施；
Guide process engineer to complete new product paint process planning and implementation.
5、負責涂裝工裝設備新增或改造（新產品項目/產能項目）的方案制定；
To be responsible for the formulation of the new or modified (new product project / capacity project) of painting equipment;
6、負責編制涂裝工藝技術文件、技術規范，對員工進行操作技能培訓并考核；
Responsible for the preparation of coating process technical documents, technical specifications, the staff of the operation skills training and assessment;

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)

1、本科以上學歷，良好的英語書面及口語能力
bachelor degree above, fluent English both in oral and writing
2、五年以上汽車涂裝工作經驗，熟悉車身結構。
more than 8 working experience in automotive Paint shop familiar with body structure.
3、有不斷學習進取和團隊合作精神，善于與人溝通，能夠承受工作壓力。
continuous learning and teamwork spirit, good communication skills, able to work under pressure。
